Presence, Peace and Provision

When God give you a message with "3Ps" just like a real Pastor.

This week, I just feel like holding hands in a big circle and praying scripture over each one of you! I love words... So it is no surprise that I love God's words. I find so much comfort and strength in the promises from HIS word, and I wanted to pass on what I've been studying/praying this week. I hope that it gives you strength and that you feel the power behind HIS words. Philippians 4:5 tells us that:

“the Lord is at Hand”

... I'm asking God to reveal his PRESENCE in your lives, in your homes and in your hearts... so close at hand... right at your finger tips. I'm asking the Lord for more opportunities to show His presence in our community and bring His presence into every encounter.

According to Philippians 4:7

"the PEACE of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ."

...I'm asking Jesus to let his peace guard each household from anxiety and chaos. Shield each heart and mind from despair. Help us, as the Church, to be a house of steady encouragement! Help us bring peace into every conversation.

Philippians 4:19 tells us that

"MY GOD will supply all your needs according to the riches of his glory"

...so we ask in Jesus' name, for PROVISION in our community. May the Lord use us and provide through us. May he perform miracles of supernatural proportions on the behalf of our neighbors. May we acknowledge that He is BOTH the provider AND what we need most. Supply on every level!!!

Even though we can't hold hands, I’m asking God to connect our hearts and help us to serve our community in new and creative ways. CarePortal is still operating FULL SPEED AHEAD! We are donning masks & gloves and practicing social distancing while we connect over the phone and drop off much needed items.
